Delivery Policy

Highlights

  • Cash on Delivery is not available.

  • Delivery charges depend on the shipping location and the weight of the order.

  • Orders to metro cities (Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Kolkata & Mumbai) are delivered within 2–3 business days.

  • Orders to the rest of India are delivered within 3–7 business days.

  • If there is any conflict between this Delivery Policy and our Online Terms & Conditions, the Online Terms & Conditions will prevail for all products sold through the Impressify website.


Delivery Service Details

Refund Policy

If your payment is successfully deducted but your order is later cancelled for any reason (personal request, design issue, etc.), we will refund the amount within 7–10 working days.

If you cancel your order to place a new one with different requirements, your payment will be transferred as a “Re-Order Token” to your account, which you can use for future purchases with us.


Return Policy

Returns are accepted only if the package is damaged or the incorrect product is delivered. This must be mentioned to the delivery carrier at the time of receiving the package.

Damaged Product on Delivery

  • If the outer box/cover is tampered with, do not accept the package. Instead, take a photo and share it with us while rejecting the delivery. This allows us to process a replacement order while the damaged one is returned for inspection.

  • If the exterior packaging looks fine but the product inside is damaged, we will assist you in resolving the issue. If you provide an unboxing video, we can immediately issue a replacement order without further questions.


When Status Shows Delivered But Product Isn’t Received

If the tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package, don’t worry—we will request Proof of Delivery (POD) or a Delivery Receipt Slip (DRS Copy) from the courier company. This process usually takes 4–5 business days, after which we will share the details with you.

Meanwhile, please check with your building’s reception, security, or neighbours to confirm if someone has received it on your behalf. If not, let us know and we will investigate further.


Delayed or Undelivered Shipments

Will I get a refund/compensation if my order is delayed?
Orders are delivered within the timeframe shown at checkout, and we strive to meet these deadlines. However, delays caused by severe weather, government restrictions, or courier issues are beyond our control. In such cases, refunds/compensation cannot be provided, but we will do everything possible to ensure timely delivery.

What does “Delivery Exception” mean?
A “Delivery Exception” means the courier was unable to complete the delivery. In this case, our support team will notify you with the reason provided by the courier.

  • Once we receive your response, we will request a redelivery attempt.

  • If we don’t receive a response within 1 day, the package will be returned to our Production Unit.

  • If this happens, please provide us with an alternate address, pin code, and landmark so our operations team can calculate the reshipping cost and share the payment link.

Since courier companies charge for each return shipment, we appreciate your cooperation.

Important Note:
If a returned shipment is not claimed or reshipping is not arranged within 30 days of its arrival at the hub (as per Impressify’s Terms & Conditions), the package will be scrapped/destroyed, and no refund will be issued.


Feedback

If your shipment is delivered but appears tampered, damaged, or faulty, please share your feedback immediately so that we can close the claim as quickly as possible.
